Bulgarian Real Estate Fund reports slim 9-mo net profit

November 8 (SeeNews) - Sofia-listed Bulgarian Real Estate Fund [BUL:5BU] said on Thursday it posted a net profit of 874,000 euro ($1.1 million) in the first nine months of 2012.

The fund provided no comparative figures.

Bulgarian Real Estate Fund’s total revenue stood at 1.7 million euro in the January-September period, the company said in a statement filed with the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

In 2011, the company had a net profit of 5.8 million euro on total revenues worth 30.9 million euro.

The blue-chip real estate investment trust was traded up 3.53% at 0.528 levs by 1317 GMT on the Sofia bourse on Thursday.
