Bulgarian microcredit co Credissimo fails to get regulatory nod for bond issue

SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 22 (SeeNews) – The Bulgarian financial regulator said it has not approved a prospectus for bonds issued by icrocredit company Credissimo [BUL:17C].

The Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) did not disclose further information in a notice published on its website over the weekend.

Credissimo was not able to be reached for comment.

Credissimo, launched in 2007, is the first microcredit company to trade on the Sofia bourse, making its debut in May this year.
