The 850,000 shares will be issued at a price of 6.5 levs apiece, Sopharma Properties said in a bourse filing.
In July, Sopharma Properties said it will seek to increase its capital to 20.1 million levs from 19.3 million levs.
The capital increase will be considered successful if at least 425,000 shares are subscribed for and fully paid for, the REIT said at the time.
As at 1300 CET on Friday, Sopharma Properties shares traded 0.15% lower at 6.55 levs.
