Bulgarian-Dutch Company hikes capital by 4.46 mln euro

September 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria-based diversified group Bulgarian-Dutch Company said that it has increased its capital by 8.722 million levs ($4.93 million/4.46 million euro) to 15.922 million levs via a new share issue.

Bulgarian holding company Bulgarian Industrial and Commercial Corporation subscribed for all newly-issued shares in return for a non-monetary contribution, Bulgarian-Dutch Company said in a commercial register filing on Friday.

Bulgarian-Dutch Company issued 8,822 shares with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each.
