SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 19 (SeeNews) – The shareholders of Bulgarian cosmetics producer Aroma decided to take over local peer Astera Cosmetics, Aroma said.

As part of the takeover, Aroma will raise its capital to provide that Astera Cosmetics' shareholders get a proportionate stake, a protocol of Monday's shareholders meeting posted on Aroma’s website indicated.

Aroma’s capital will increase to 15,491,829 levs ($10.5 million/7.9 million euro) from 15,491,779 through the issue of 30 new ordinary registered shares with voting rights, each with a nominal value of 1.0 lev.
