Bulgarian Bicycle Maker Maxcom Acquires Italian Brands ShockBlaze, Ferinni

Financial aspects of the deal were not disclosed.

The new bike collections would be distributed in Europe starting next month. Maxcom's pilot collection of the Ferinni brand includes 11 models for adults and nine for kids, the company said in a statement on its website.

Maxcom, established in 1996, is specialised in manufacturing and selling bicycles. Core brands of the company include Sprint and SPR. It is present on the markets of over 20 countries across Europe.
