September 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian-based Bogatsa.com on Wednesday got a regulatory nod to list on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the country's financial regulator said.
The company, which is active in food processing and retail, will list its entire share capital of 100,000 levs ($74,000/51,000 euro) divided into the same number of shares with a par value of 1.0 lev each, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement.

The company is co-owned by three individual shareholders. The majority owner is Konstantinos Kolokasidis with a 94% stake.
