November 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria will try to sell debt-ridden concert organizing company Muzika and Vreme film studio which so far have been on the government's "not-for-sale" list, the cabinet said on Wednesday.

The revenues of the two companies have been declining sharply and they generate income only from rental activities, the government said in a statement.

Given the high indebtedness of the two companies and the lack of business prospects before them it is only appropriate for them to be taken off the sale ban list and a privatisation procedures to be launched for them, it added.

Putting the two companies on the privatisation list requires parlamentary approval.
