November 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Road Infrastructure Agency said that it has signed a 7.9 million levs ($4.8 million/4 million euro) contract with a local tie-up for the designed of the Cherno More motorway, planned to link the coastal cities of Varna and Burgas.
The tie-up which will design the new motorway comprises Spain's PROES Consultores and local Capital Water Systems and PS Consult, the government agency said in a notice last week.
The deal was signed on October 26 following a tender which attracted nine offers.
