In contrast, Croatia registered the smallest annual decline in industrial PPI among EU member states in Southeast Europe (SEE), at 2%, the bloc's statistical office said in a data release.
On a monthly comparison basis, Croatia recorded the EU's second-steepest fall in industrial PPI, at 1.9%, followed by Greece with 1.8%.
Slovenia, on the other hand, marked the sole monthly rise in industrial prices among EU states in SEE, at 0.1%.
Industrial producer prices in the EU overall went down by 5.5% on the year and by 0.7% month-on-month in April.
