* Monday, October 13 - Sofia: Thermal power plant Maritsa East 2 restarts a rehabilitated unit and launches two desulphurisation units.

* Monday, October 13 - Moscow (Russia): Sofia Mayor Boiko Borisov visits Moscow.

Monday, October 13 - Sofia: National Statistics Institute to release September consumer price statistics.

* Tuesday, October 14 - Sofia: National road infrastructure agency to open bids for the construction of a section of a key motorway in Bulgaria.

Wednesday, October 15 - Sofia: Bulgaria’s central bank to issue current account data for end-August (0900 GMT).

Wednesday, October 15 - Amsterdam (The Netherlands) - Burgas-Alexandroupolis oil pipeline project company expected to select one of three banks shortlisted to structure the financing for the project, estimated at up to 1.0 billion euro, at a two-day meeting of the board.
