* Thursday, November 20 - Sofia: Bulgarian government holds regular meeting, to discuss additional budget allocations to the Defence Ministry among other issues (0800 GMT).

* Thursday, November 20 - Sofia: Greek commercial bank Emporiki Bank opens new headquarters in Bulgaria (1000 GMT).

* Thursday, November 20 - Peshtera (Bulgaria): Bulgaria's wine and spirits maker Vinprom Peshtera opens new spirits production unit (1200 GMT).
