* Tuesday, November 18 – Sofia: Bulgarian Foreign Minister Ivailo Kalfin meets Estonian counterpart Urmas Paet.

* Tuesday, November 18 – Sofia: Bulgarian Finance Minister Plamen Oresharski and World Bank Director for Central European and Baltic Countries, Orsalia Kalantzoupolos, sign two loan agreements. (0900 GMT)

* Tuesday, November 18 – Sofia: Sofia-based think-tank Industry Watch to present a report on the wealth of Bulgarian households in the third quarter of 2008. (1100 GMT)
