Bulgaria, Romania to open new border crossing on Oct 3

This will be the 11th crossing point on the border between the two countries.

Also on October 3, Bulgarian and Romanian government officials will discuss the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for carrying out a feasibility study for the construction of a second bridge over the Danube near the existing one connecting the cities of Ruse and Giurgiu, the government said in a statement.
