The concessionaire of the Elenite beach must pay at least 2.93 million levs ($1.66 million/1.50 million euro) in concession payments during the 20-year term, while payments for the Gradina Central beach should amount to at least 1.12 million levs, the government said in a statement following its weekly meeting.

The concessionaires must also ensure the presence of life guards and medical personnel.
