Bulgaria opens 1.6 mln euro tender for Nova Zagora railway station upgrade

SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian state-owned National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC) said on Monday that it has opened a 3.2 million levs ($1.8 million/1.6 million euro) tender for reconstruction of Nova Zagora train station, in southeastern Bulgaria.

The contract will be partially financed with EU funds under operational programme Transport and Transport Infrastructure 2014-2020, NRIC said in a tender notice.

Construction works must be completed within two years.

The deadline for submitting offers is February 10, 2020.

Offers will be ranked based on price, with 60% weight in the final mark, and quality criteria.
