BUCHAREST (Romania), September 17 (SeeNews) - Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed lower on Tuesday as total daily turnover doubled, bourse data showed.
The total equity turnover of the BVB rose to 45.5 million lei ($10.6 million/9.6 million euro) on Tuesday, compared to 22.5 million lei on Monday.
Financial group BRD Societe Generale [BSE:BRD] share price added 0.15% to 1.15 lei in the day's largest turnover of 14.4 million lei.
Investment fund Fondul Proprietatea [BSE:FP] lost 1.74% to 1.13 lei the day's second largest turnover, of 5.04 million lei.
Lender Banca Transilvania [BSE:TLV] gained 0.21% to 2.3750 lei in the third largest trading turnover during the session, of 5.02 million lei.

BET Plus is a free float market capitalization weighted index tracking 34 companies listed on BVB’s regulated market except the financial investment companies, that meet the minimum eligibility criteria, which refer to liquidity and the value of shares in free float.
BET-FI tracks the SIFs and property restitution fund Fondul Proprietatea.
BET-NG includes companies from the energy sector and utilities.
