Now that trading with futures has been launched, it plans to establish an "order routing system" to enable investors from the Istanbul bourse to trade directly with securities on the SASE, and vice versa, the bourse in Sarajevo said in a statement, quoting its director Tarik Kurbegovic following a meeting with Borsa Istanbul’s officials.
Earlier this month, the bourse in Istanbul said that futures contracts on the 10-share benchmark index of the Sarajevo Stock Exchange, SASX-10, were planned to begin trading on Borsa Istanbul from December 15.
The contracts are traded with cash settlement, and its end-of-maturity price is announced as the closing value of the underlying asset on the last trading day.
