Bosnia's UniCredit Banja Luka plans 84 euro/share dividend for 2023

February 28 (SeeNews) - UniCredit Bank Banja Luka [BANJ:NBLB], part of Italy's UniCredit Group, said on Wednesday it plans to distribute a dividend of 164.26 marka ($90.9/84 euro) per share for 2023.

UniCredit Bank Banja Luka intends to distribute a total of 22.8 million marka as dividend for last year, using retained earnings from that year, the lender said in a bourse filing.

The lender's shareholders will vote on the proposed plan at a meeting on March 29.

As of the time of this story's publication, the bank has not yet released its financial statement for the year 2023.

Last year, UniCredit Bank Banja Luka distributed a dividend of 409.74 marka per share for 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Its shares last traded on the Banja Luka stock exchange on February 2, when they closed 0.06% higher at 1,811 marka.

UniCredit Bank Banja Luka is based in the Serb Republic, one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. UniCredit Group has another bank in Bosnia, UniCredit Bank Mostar, headquartered in the other entity - the Federation.
