Bosnia's Teleoptic launches buyout bid for Klimavent

December 6 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's diversified company Teleoptic said on Wednesday it has launched an offer to buy the remaining shares it does not already own in local Klimavent [SAJ:KLMVRK2], which deals with production, assembly and service of air conditioning systems.

Teleoptic is offering 27.5 marka ($15.2/14.1 euro) per share in the offer targeting 4,077 shares in Klimavent, equal to a 1.233% stake, the investor said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange.

The buyout offer is valid for 28 days from the announcement date.

Klimavent's capital is divided into 330,658 shares with a par value of 27.50 marka each.

Its shares have not traded on the Sarajevo bourse in the past year.
