Bosnia's Telekom Srpske proposes 0.04 euro/share dividend for 2023

May 17 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Telekom Srpske [BANJ:TLKM-R-A] said on Friday it plans to distribute a dividend of 0.067 marka ($0.038/0.036 euro) per share for 2023.

Under the plan, the telco will distribute a total of 32.9 million marka as 2023 dividend, Telekom Srpske said in a statement filed with the Banja Luka bourse.

The telco's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting on June 19.

The company's consolidated net profit surged to 354.5 million marka in 2023, compared with 85 million marka booked the previous year.

Telekom Srpske skipped the distribution of a final dividend for 2022 after paying out an interim dividend of 0.081 marka per share in December 2022.

Telekom Srpske's shares closed 0.72% higher at 1.39 marka on the BLSE on Friday.
