Bosnia's Solar Lena gets energy permits for 150 MW solar plants

February 8 (SeeNews) - The government of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Federation said on Thursday it has granted an energy permit to local company Solar Lena for the construction of two solar power plants with a combined capacity of 150 MW in Mostar.

Each of the solar power plants will have a capacity of 75 MW, the government of the Federation said in a statement.

The Lena 1 solar power plant will have an estimated annual output of 101,731 MWh, whereas the Lena 2 solar power plant will have an estimated output of 104,256 MWh.

The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
