A total of 46 MPs voted in favour and 26 MPs voted against, the parliament in Banja Luka said in a statement on Sunday.
The government of the Serb Republic expects to post a budget surplus of 32.9 million marka ($20.5 million/16.8 million euro) in 2015 versus a budget gap of a revised 96.4 million marka in 2014, data from next year’s budget plan, posted on the government's website, indicated.
Budget revenues are seen at 1.59 billion marka in 2015, while expenditures are expected to be 1.54 billion marka.
The gross domestic product (GDP) of Bosnia’s Serb Republic in 2015 is seen at 1.9%, the government of the Serb Republic said earlier.
The Serb Republic's economy rose by 2.1% in real terms in 2013, according to previous data from the entity's Statistics Office.
The Serb Republic is one of the two entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other is the Muslim-Croat Federation.
