May 22 (SeeNews) - Consumer prices in Bosnia's Serb Republic rose by 2.5% on the year in April, after increasing by 2.7% in March, the entity's statistical office said on Wednesday.
On a monthly comparison basis, consumer prices in the Serb Republic stagnated in April, following a 0.4% increase in March, the entity's statistical office said in a monthly inflation report.
In annual terms, prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages rose 2.0%, prices of housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels increased 2.1%, while transportation costs added 3.0% in April.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
