October 28 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Serb Republic government has opened a tender for the reconstruction of the Rajska Dolina hotel on Jahorina mountain worth 6.6 million marka ($3.7 million/3.4 million euro), local media reported.
The deadline for the submitting of offers is November 15, with the works to be completed within 15 months, business news portal eKapija.com reported on Sunday.
The successful bidder needs to have ended 2018 with a net profit on a turnover of at least 2.5 million marka. Moreover, it must have at least 15 workers and provide a bank guarantee of 70,000 marka, the report said.
The Serb Republic, one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
