March 22 (SeeNews) - The average net monthly wage in Bosnia's Serb Republic stood at 1,392 marka ($771/712 euro) in February, up by 7.8% on the year in real terms, the entity's statistical office said on Friday.
On a monthly comparison basis, the net wage was 5.6% higher in real terms in February, the Serb Republic's Institute of Statistics said in a statement.
The average gross monthly salary in the entity amounted to 2,129 marka in February, up 5.9% in real terms compared to January.
The average net monthly wage in the Serb Republic reached 1,274 marka in 2023 and was higher by a real 4.1% on the year, the sale office has said earlier.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
