November 23 (SeeNews) - The average net monthly wage in Bosnia's Serb Republic stood at 1,198 marka ($635/613 euro) in October, up by a real 1.0% on the year, the entity's statistical office said.

On a monthly comparison basis, the net wage was 1.0% lower in real terms in October, the Serb Republic's Institute of Statistics said in a statement this week.

The average gross monthly wage in the entity amounted to 1,815 marka in October.

The average net monthly wage in the Serb Republic rose by a real 3.2% last year reaching 1,004 marka.

The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
