Bosnia's Serb Republic avg net wage down real 1.4% y/y in July

August 22 (SeeNews) - The average net monthly wage in Bosnia's Serb Republic stood at 1,160 marka ($592/593 euro) in July, down by a real 1.4% on the year, the entity's statistical office said on Monday.

On a monthly comparison basis, the net wage was 0.6% lower in real terms in July, the Serb Republic's Institute of Statistics said in a statement.

The average gross monthly wage in the entity amounted to 1,753 marka in July.

The average net monthly wage in the Serb Republic rose by a real 3.2% last year reaching 1,004 marka.

The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
