March 22 (SeeNews) - Consumer prices in Bosnia's Serb Republic rose by 12.7% on the year in February, after increasing by 13.4% in January, the entity's statistical office said on Wednesday.
On a monthly comparison basis, consumer prices in the Serb Republic added 0.6% in February, after rising by the same rate the month before, the entity's statistical office said in a monthly inflation report.
In annual terms, prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages went up 21.7%, prices of transport services rose 12.4%, while prices of housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels went up 11% in February.
Consumer prices in Bosnia's Serb Republic rose by 12.7% on average last year, compared to an increase of 1.7% in 2021.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
