Bosnia's Sarajevo airport Jan passenger numbers up 27% y/y

February 2 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's Sarajevo International Airport served 77,454 passengers in January, compared with 61,068 served in the same month a year earlier, data by the airport operator showed on Friday.

Compared with the previous month, passenger numbers at the airport edged down 0.7% in January, according to figures posted on the website of Sarajevo Airport.

Aircraft take-offs and landings at Sarajevo airport totalled 903 in January 2024, up from 809 in January 2023.

Passenger numbers at the Sarajevo International Airport came in at 1.36 million in 2023, slightly down compared with 1.38 million a year earlier
