Bosnia's Romanijaputevi to pay lower dividend for 2021

December 14 (SeeNews) - Bosnian road construction firm Romanijaputevi [BANJ:ROPT-R-A] said on Wednesday it will distribute a dividend of 0.015 marka ($0.081/0.077 euro) per share for 2021, lower than a year earlier.

Romanijaputevi will distribute as dividend its entire net profit of 130,801 marka booked last year, it said in a bourse filing.

The company's net profit in 2021 was lower compared with the year before, when it totalled 175,347 marka. Romanijaputevi paid a dividend of 0.021 marka for 2020.

Romanijaputevi's shares have not traded on the Banja Luka bourse in the past year.
