March 19 (SeeNews) - Bosnia’s Raiffeisen Leasing said on Tuesday it signed an agreement worth 5 million euro ($5.4 million) with the Development Bank of the Federation to provide subsidised loans to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).
Raiffeisen Leasing will provide affordable loans to MSMEs experiencing a decline in their yearly revenue, the lender said in a press release.
The lender will extend loans of up to 1.5 million euro with a maturity of up to 72 months.
Raiffeisen Leasing is part of Raiffeisen Bank International group.
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Serb Republic is the other entity.
