The subscription was put on hold due to amendments that have to be made to the prospectus related to the temporary deposit account, the company said in a statement filed with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).

No further details were provided in the statement.

Pro Fin opened subscription for the new notes issue on December 1. The subscription period was set to close on December 16.

The microlender was offering 16,500 securities of 100 marka in par value each to investors on the BLSE. The notes have a maturity of three years and bear annual interest of 7.50%.

Pro Fin, established in 2017, offers microloans to entrepreneurs and small companies.
