Bosnia’s Pro Fin reopens subscription for new issue of 3-yr notes

December 11 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microlender Pro Fin said on Monday it has relaunched subscription for a new notes issue planned in the amount of 1.65 million marka ($907,744/843,632 euro), days after suspending it.

The company reopened the subscription period after making amendments to the prospectus to reflect changes to the temporary deposit account, Pro Fin said in a bourse filing.

The subscription period for the securities will now end on December 25.

Pro Fin opened the subscription for the notes issue on December 1 and suspended it on December 7. Initially, the subscription period was set to close on December 16.

The microlender is offering 16,500 securities of 100 marka in par value each to investors on the BLSE. The notes have a maturity of three years and bear annual interest of 7.50%.
