Bosnia's Privredna Banka to distribute higher dividend for 2023

April 23 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Privredna Banka Sarajevo (PBS) [SAJ:BORBRK3] said on Tuesday it will distribute a dividend of 8.04 marka ($4.4/4.1 euro) per ordinary share for 2023, higher compared with the 7.50 marka paid out for the previous year.

The dividend will be paid to the investors which were on the list of shareholders on April 18, PBS said in a bourse filing.

PBS' net profit grew 19.5% year-on-year to 10.7 million marka in 2023.

PBS' shares last traded on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) on March 15, when they closed flat at 113 marka.
