Bosnia’s Nova Banka says 4.1 mln euro bond issue fully subscribed for

BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), December 31 (SeeNews) – Bosnia’s Nova Banka said on Monday that its 8.0 million marka ($5.4 million/4.1 million euro) seven-year bond issue was fully subscribed for.

Subscription started on December 31 and ended the same day, Nova Banka said in a statement sent to the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.

The bank issued 80,000 bonds at a price equal to their par value of 100 marka each.

Nova Banka is based in Banja Luka, the administrative centre of the Serb Republic, one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Muslim-Croat Federation.
