Bosnia’s Nova Banka plans 4.1 mln euro 7-yr bond

The bank will issue 80,000 bonds at a price equal to their par value of 100 marka each, Nova Banka said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.

The paper bears a fixed annual interest rate of 8.0%.

The subscription will start on December 31, 2012 and would be considered successful if at least 60% of the issue is subscribed.

Nova Banka is based in Banja Luka, the administrative centre of the Serb Republic, one of the two entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Muslim-Croat Federation.
