SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), December 8 (SeeNews) – Bosnia's Independent System Operator, NOSBiH, is inviting sealed tenders from suppliers of IT and telecommunication equipment for its new main and backup control centre and adaptation works, the EBRD said on Friday.
Since 2005, NOSBiH has been managing the country's entire transmission network (400 kV, 220kV and 110kV included voltage levels). It is a non-profit company owned by Bosnia's two entities, the Federation and the Serb Republic.
NOSBiH intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from the EBRD towards the cost of the procurement, the EBRD said in a statement.
The tender is made up of two lots, one for the supply of equipment for the new main and backup control centre and the other for adaptation works at the backup control centre.
The deadline for the delivery of tenders is February 9.
