October 10 (SeeNews) - Bosnia’s Nasa Banka [BANJ:PIBB] said on Monday it is again inviting investors to subscribe for a new share issue, seeking to raise 4.225 million marka ($2.1 million/2.16 million euro), after an attempt to increase its equity capital failed earlier this year.

The lender is offering to existing shareholders 4,225,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.8056 marka per share, below their par value of 1 marka, it said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).

Any shares that remain unsubscribed will be offered to new investors at a price that will be set on the stock exchange according to the principle of multiple prices, Nasa Banka said.

The subscription period for existing investors starts on October 18 and will close 15 days later. The issue will be considered successful if 60% of the shares are subscribed for.

In July, Nasa Banka said that a procedure to raise its capital by 4.225 million marka failed as no investor subscribed for its issue of new shares.

The bank's shares have not traded on the BLSE in the past year.
