The deadline for the submission of bids is December 14, the airport operator said in a statement last week.

Currently, Croatia Airlines operates flights from Zagreb to Mostar twice per week, according to its flight schedule.

Mostar Airport served 10,732 passengers in 2022, up from just 1,942 in 2021, according to the data from the country's Civil Aviation Directorate.

The Mostar airport is one of Bosnia's four international airports. The others are located in Sarajevo, Banja Luka and Tuzla.
