Bosnia's MKD Privrednik lists 1 mln euro notes on Banja Luka bourse

April 18 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Privrednik said on Thursday that its 2 million marka ($1.1 million/1 million euro) three-year note issue was admitted to trading on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).

A total of 20,000 notes of 100 marka in par value each will start trading on the BLSE on April 22, MKD Privrednik said in a statement.

The securities will mature on April 17, 2027. They bear an annual interest rate of 7%, according to the bond prospectus filed with the BLSE.
