Bosnia's MKD Credis offers for subscription 1 mln euro notes

March 12 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Credis invited investors on Tuesday to subscribe for its new issue of three-year notes planned in the amount of 2 million marka ($1.1 million/1 million euro).

Bosnia's MKD Credis offers for subscription 1 mln euro notes

The company is offering to investors 2,000 notes of 1,000 marka in par value each, bearing annual interest of 6%, it said in a bourse filing.

The offering will be available for subscription for 15 days starting March 21. The note issuance will be considered successful if at least 60% of the offering is subscribed.

The company raised 1.6 million marka from the sale of three-year notes in September.
