Bosnia's MG Mind raises stake in Nova Banka to 86.85%

November 27 (SeeNews) - Bosnian trade company MG Mind said it raised its stake in local lender Nova Banka [BANJ:NOVB] to 86.85% from 64.54% following a buyout bid.

During the time of the bid, which expired on November 23, MG Mind acquired 30,028,113 Nova Banka shares at 0.50 marka ($0.31/0.26 euro) each, the buyer said in a statement earlier this week.

Nova Banka's share capital amounts to 134.64 million marka divided into 134,637,768 regular shares with a par value of 1 marka each.

MG Mind now owns 116,927,491 Nova Banka shares, or a stake of 86.85% in its capital.

Nova Banka's shares last traded on BLSE on November 19, closing flat at 0.50 marka.
