Bosnia's MF Grupa launches buyout bid for MF Banka

April 30 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's financial group MF Grupa said on Tuesday it launched an offer to buy all the shares it does not already owns in local MF Banka [BANJ:IEFB].

MF Grupa is offering 193.27 marka ($105.7/98.8 euro) per each MF Banka share in the buyout bid, it said in a bourse filing.

MF Grupa currently owns a 94.87% stake in MF Banka. The bank's share capital is divided into 511,410 shares, each with a par value of 100 marka.

The offer is valid for 30 days from the announcement.

The lender's shares have not traded on the Banja Luka bourse in the past year.
