Bosnia's Meridian to pay lower dividend for 2023

May 9 (SeeNews) - Bosnian transport and logistics company Meridian [BANJ:MRDN-R-A] said it will pay a dividend of 0.05 marka ($0.027/0.026 euro) per share for 2023, lower compared with a year earlier.

Bosnia's Meridian to pay lower dividend for 2023

Meridian will distribute 400,000 marka as dividend for 2023, the company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.

Meridian distributed a dividend of 0.09 marka per share for 2022.

The company's net profit dropped 8% on the year to 1.1 million marka in 2023.
