Bosnia's KH Alter Energy to build 102.7 MW solar power plant

November 23 (SeeNews) - The environment ministry of Bosnia's Serb Republic said on Thursday it has received a request from local renewable energy company KH Alter Energy to conduct a preliminary environmental impact assessment (EIA) of a project for the construction of a 102.72 MW solar power plant in Ljubinje.

The public can examine the request and submit an opinion within 15 days from the publication of the notice, the ministry said in a statement.

No further details about the investor nor the project were provided.

The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
