The bankruptcy administrator of Zeljezara Zenica was unsuccessful in selling the hotel, priced at 9.18 million marka, during two public auctions held in 2018 and February 2024, as there were no bidders participating in either auction.
The hotel is closed since 2018, when Zeljezara Zenica entered bankruptcy proceedings.
