Bosnia’s HE na Drini in 10 mln euro dam repairs deal with Strabag

BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), October 8 (SeeNews) – Bosnian hydropower complex Hidroelektrane na Drini said on Monday it has signed a 20 million marka ($13.3 million/10.2 million euro) deal with Austria's Strabag for dam repairs.

The 18-month project should fix water leakage from under the dam wall of the Visegrad hydro power plant, Hidroelektrane na Drini said in a statement.

Hidroelektrane na Drini (www.henadrini.com) is located in the eastern part of the Serb Republic, which forms Bosnia and Herzegovina together with the Muslim-Croat Federation. The complex is a unit of power utility Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske.
