Bosnia's Federation sells out 20.5 mln euro issue of 7-yr T-notes

SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), October 15 (SeeNews) – Bosnia's Federation entity sold out on Tuesday a 40 million marka ($22.5 million/20.5 million euro) offer of seven-year Treasury notes, the Federation's finance ministry said.

Bids at the auction held on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange totalled 107.8 million marka, the finance ministry said in a statement.

The par value of the government securities is 1,000 marka apiece, while the average accepted price was equivalent to 99.6847% of par, yielding 0.346%.

The T-notes carry an annual coupon of 0.3%.

At the last auction of seven-year T-notes held on May 28, the Federation sold 30 million marka worth of government securities at a 0.8% yield.

The Federation is one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
