Bosnia's Federation puts Sipad Export Import's offices up for sale again

SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), December 30 (SeeNews) – Bosnia's Muslim-Croat Federation has announced a public bid for the sale of the office building of majority state-owned foreign trade firm Sipad Export Import, setting the lowest price at 3.2 million marka ($1.9 million/1.6 million euro), the entity's privatisation agency said.

The building will be sold via direct negotiations for which applications should be sent by January 13, the entity's privatisation agency said on Monday.

Direct negotiations with potential buyers will be held on January 16.

Previous attempts for the sale of the Sipad Export Import’s office building failed.

Sipad Export Import is based in Sarajevo in the Muslim-Croat Federation, one of the two entities that form Bosnia. The other is the Serb Republic.
